CERAM BUSINESS SCHOOL AND THE FRENCH ‘GRANDES ECOLES’ SYSTEM
CERAM, created in 1963, is a French ‘Grande Ecole’. This prestigious Grande Ecole system, was designed to provide the country’s future business elite. To better fulfil this mission, the Grandes Ecoles have traditionally developed strong links with firms, and use teaching methods that are grounded in case studies and constant exchange with the world of business. CERAM offers a full range of accredited programs (Bachelor, the Grande Ecole Master, MScs and Doctorates) whose shared ambition is to provide an education of the highest quality in line with the practical needs of companies. Constant monitoring of the expectations of students and companies alike makes it possible to stay tuned to them.

CERAM’s Master programs provide students with an opportunity to benefit from cutting-edge research applied to practical business situations.
Businesses have responded positively to CERAM’s teaching and preparation of students for company life and are keen to recruit graduates or offer internships.
REAL-LIFE BUSINESS
CERAM’s past history and present governance have brought the school close to the world of business. While maintaining the highest possible standards of research and academic excellence, the school builds its teaching around a constant interaction with the world of business, whether through case studies, action-learning business projects in collaboration with firms, or presentations made, and courses taught, by company managers. CERAM’s faculty regularly carries out research and projects for firms and institutions, thus allowing them to share the fruits of this direct contact with business. By making internships mandatory, CERAM aims to enable students to learn through real-life company experience. For finding internships and seeking employment, a special career service is there to help, with some 10,000 offers a year.

Situated in the heart of the Sophia Antipolis technology park, between Cannes, Nice and Antibes, the CERAM campus welcomes more than 520 international students of some 60 nationalities, as well as a large number of international faculty.
CERAM benefits both from the presence of over 1,000 international companies on the Côte d’Azur, and from the proximity of the various universities, engineering schools and research centres that share in the Sophia Antipolis project.
